Doosan HP 5100   HMC

30 HP, CAT 40, 14,000 RPM spindle.  33.5 X 27.5 X 29.5” travels, 2400 IPM rapids, 360 degree indexing table. 1.5 sec tool change times, 60 tool storage capacity.

Doosan MV 5025   VMC

30 HP, CAT 40, 12,000 RPM spindle.  51 X 25.5 X 24.5” travels, 945 IPM rapids. 1.5 sec tool change times, 30 tool storage capacity.

Haas Model SL-30 lathe.

30 HP, 10” chuck, 17” cutting dia., 39” between centers, 12 tool magazine.

 

We have 11 horizontal  machining centers  ranging in size from 20 X 20 X 20" to 33.5 X 27.5 X 29.5.  All CNC controlled with multiple pallets and 360 deg indexing tables.  We also have 2 vertical CNC machining centers ranging in size from from 25.5 X 51 X 24.5” to 30 X 74 X 30".

Support equipment includes single & multiple spindle drill presses, tapping machines, Bridgeports and supplementary finishing equipment including pressure test and washing tanks. 

We have local sources that we use to provide vibratory deburring, heat treating, anodizing, painting, impregnating, etc.  We also have local sources for castings, forgings, bar stock, burnouts and weldments.
