Specializing in

  • The machining of castings, forgings, and weldments - we also machine parts from bar stock and plate.
  • We machine a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous materials and specialize in aluminum, gray and ductile iron castings, aluminum and steel forgings.
  • We can machine castings, weldments, and forgings up to 30" x 26" x 24", and plates up to 30" wide by 74" long. We can machine your material or supply the part complete.
  • Post machining operations include assembly, pressure testing, washing and foundry deburring. Many of these operations can be accomplished during the machining cycle at little added cost to our end customers.
  • We design and build our own fixtures, or we can adapt your existing fixtures to our machines. Our ability to import AutoCAD drawings and Pro-E models significantly reduces our fixture and development lead times.
  • We are interested in quoting on quantities as low as 10-15 pieces per year, and up to 500,000 pieces per year. We can accommodate blanket orders and ship daily, weekly, or on a J.I.T. basis.
  • The redundancy we've built into our production facility in terms of CNC machines, tools, tool holders and fixture mounting systems greatly reduces lead times and all but eliminates interruptions caused by machine failures.
