Tape Machining Corporation is a CNC machining job shop located in New Berlin, Wisconsin.

We machine castings, forgings and weldments in volumes from 50 per year to over 100,000 per year.  We machine die castings, sand castings, permanent mold castings, forgings and weldments in various grades of aluminum, ductile, gray iron, steel and stainless steel.  We machine everything from very simple levers to very complex, tight toleranced gear boxes and engine components. 

We have a modern 22,000 sq. ft. air-conditioned building, with excellent access to the interstate system (I-90, I-94 & I-43).  Our equipment is modern and well maintained, backed up by knowledgeable operators, programmers, and full time maintenance staff.  A professional management team including Sales and Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance, are all dedicated to total Customer satisfaction.   

We submit 1st piece samples with complete inspection reports to our customers on all new jobs.  We can also provide process capability studies, PPAP documentation and statistical data on critical features.  

We can also provide foundry deburring and grinding as well as assembly and pressure testing.  If you want us to provide the material, we have local sources for castings, weldments, forgings or bar stock.  We also have local sources for vibratory deburring, plating, anodizing, painting, powder coating, etc.
