Tape Machining Corporation is a general machining job shop located in New Berlin, Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee. We specialize in the machining of castings, forgings and weldments. We are housed in a modern 22,000 sq. ft. air-conditioned building, with excellent access to the interstate system (I-90, I-94 & I-43). Our equipment is modern and well maintained, backed up by knowledgeable operators, programmers, and full time maintenance staff. A professional management team including Sales and Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance, are all dedicated to total Customer satisfaction. One of the unique features at Tape Machining Corp. is the redundancy of our machines and tooling, which provides us with tremendous flexibility and responsiveness in dealing with our customers scheduling or delivery requirements. We submit 1st piece samples with complete inspection reports to our customers on all new jobs. We can also provide statistical data on critical features, process capability studies, and PPAP documentation if required.
